John has created a new line of small boxes for every occasion. Each jewelry box or memory box John creates is inspired by someone special in his life or something special that has happened or is about to happen. John has found that when you allow yourself to create from the heart, beautiful things happen. Every box is so special! Every piece is so personal and brings out so many feelings!

John has taken his Custom Woodworking to a whole new level by offering you a chance to be a part of a new idea. Why not let John create that special Little Treasure 's jewelry box just for you. Instead of running to the store and buying something off the shelf that is suppose to be special, how about being involved in creating that special gift.

Here's an example of what John is talking about and we will let him explain it in his own words:

When my brother died, I wanted to make something special for my Sister in Law in memory of my brother. What inspired me was my love for my Brother, but also the strong marriage they had, so I decided to make a Memory box for her that she could put a few very personal items in that would be special to her. Here's what I did. I started with two blocks of wood that where spectacular in color and grain and I glued them together to become one, then I very carefully cut out two separate boxes like a jig saw that could be slide apart or put together again.

The inspiration. The two pieces of wood represented my brother and his wife, both were beautiful standing alone, but when joined was even more beautiful. I made the two identities again when I made the two boxes from one, but you could tell that they where meant to be together and even though he is gone, he will always be a part of her.

I would love to show you a picture of this box, but it is very personal to Ruth and that is the way it was suppose to be. It gave me a chance to express my feelings, but also gave Ruth something very special to remember George by.

After you place your order, you will receive a email with a conformation and a delivery date, then the box is  created in the wood chosen by you and generally takes about two weeks to create. When your order ships  you will receive a email with a tracking number.

All of our boxes are hand packed and insured for lost or damage.

(Hawaiian for Sea Wave)

This four drawer jewelry box stands tall & proud. The unique design of this box starts with the sides of the bottom two drawers being exposed thru the box appearing to be the crest of a wave. Each drawer is felt lined.  Shown in Curly Maple.

                            mother DAUGHTER JEWELRY BOX

A mother and daughter was my inspiration for this jewelry box. The curly maple, so strong yet absolutely beautiful. Two separate boxes from the same stock. The gentle curves on the main box are so natural and seem to appear to be reaching out to shelter and protect the other. The smaller box, so cute and innocent, but with the same strength & beauty. Able to stand by itself  with it's own identity, yet will slide perfectly under the outstretched arm of the other, proof they are of the same stock. Able to stand apart at any given time, but always prefect together.  Shown in Curly Maple.         $375.00

                                                        The Shell

Just looking at this shell makes you want to take a stroll hand in hand along the beach and listen to the ocean waves. Only for the Romantic! Each Shell Lid is hand carved. The lid lifts up to reveal a beautiful felt lined interior. A true masterpiece! Shown in Curly Maple.
